Очень классно и супер комфортно работать вместе, всегда радуюсь, когда меня зовут в задачку вместе с Алиной. Оценка «выше ожиданий», так как у меня не было ожиданий, а мы прям быстро нашли коннект) Что касается идейности и качества исполнения – меня все более, чем устраивает. По прежнему показывает гибкость, инициативность и полное погружение в задачу. Очень нравится, что ее не пугают трудности и неопределенность. Плюсы - дополнение макетов интерактивными прототипами, обсуждение ui решений с разработкой на этапе дизайна. Минусов не приведу Очень нравится инициативность, внимание и живой интерес к продукту, а также желание развиваться и углубляться профессионально. Ценю открытое общение, честность, стремление сделать не просто задачу, а решить проблему, которая может оказаться шире первоначальной. Нравится, что макеты приходят на ноготочки в несколько этапов и что полезные комментарии учитываются.

It’s very nice and comfortable to work together — I’m always happy when I’m invited to work on a task with Alina. I’d rate this as “exceeds expectations,” since I didn’t really have any expectations to begin with, but we quickly found a great working connection.

In terms of ideas and quality of execution, I’m more than satisfied. She consistently shows flexibility, initiative, and full engagement with the task. I also really appreciate that difficulties and uncertainty don’t intimidate her.

Strengths: enriching mockups with interactive prototypes and discussing UI solutions with developers already at the design stage. I don’t have any drawbacks to mention.

I really value her initiative, attentiveness, and genuine interest in the product, as well as her desire to grow and deepen her professional expertise. I appreciate the open communication, honesty, and the intention not just to complete a task, but to solve the underlying problem, which sometimes turns out to be broader than initially defined. I also like that designs are delivered in several iterations and that useful feedback is taken into account.

У тебя очень системный подход, ты все стараешься упорядочить и объяснить, а если видишь проблемы – найти подходящее для всех решение. С точки зрения совместной работы мне очень нравится, что ты даешь мне свободу, но при этом задаешь рамки, в которых я и не теряюсь, не понимая, за что хвататься, но и не вынуждена сама оценивать приоритеты, потому что это пока выше моих способностей. Сложно зацепиться за хорошие примеры, когда на протяжении всего года мы страдаем с аттестацией, но даже в таком пиздеце ты как могла снимала нагрузку с команды и пропускала большую часть через одну себя, при этом мы еще и маневрировали доработкой процессов, проводили ретро, затаскивали улучшения там, где это возможно. Наверно, самое главное – это то, сколько свободы ты даешь и при этом нет ощущения, что на меня свалилась титанически огромная ответственность, которую моя психика не в состоянии выдержать.

You have a very systematic approach – you always try to structure things and explain them, and if you see problems, you look for a solution that works for everyone.

From a collaboration perspective, I really appreciate that you give me freedom while still setting clear boundaries. That way I don’t feel lost about where to start, but at the same time I’m not forced to evaluate priorities myself, since that’s still beyond my current capabilities.

It’s hard to point to specific positive examples when we’ve spent most of the year struggling with the certification process, but even in that mess you did everything you could to reduce the load on the team and took a lot of it on yourself. At the same time, we still managed to adjust processes, run retrospectives, and introduce improvements wherever possible.

Probably the most important thing is how much freedom you give, while never creating the feeling that a huge, overwhelming responsibility has suddenly been placed on me – something my mental capacity wouldn’t be able to handle.
